3.0The location was great, and the property has a lot of potential. It felt like a place with a rich history and a unique personality.
− The room are in a shocking state of disrepair. Our first night was spent in a room covered in mould – on the walls, in the bathroom, everywhere. The ceiling was damaged and sagging, and the skirtings were swollen from moisture. We had two single beds shoved together, and one of the mattresses was so worn out it offered no support at all. It was unacceptable. Only after we complained were we moved to a different room for the next night, which was thankfully in better condition—but this kind of issue should never have happened in the first place.
I booked for 2days where i felt the value of my money didn't meet my expectations.
2.0It's nice quite mountainers area with beautiful views . They just need to improve on: quality toilet paper, face clothes needs to be changed are bad, bed linens are on bad state, provision of 500ml drinking water, bar fridge and air conditioner are necessary especially at this kind of weather. The seating area/lapa needs to be cleaned
