4.0− Le personnel as essayé de nous changer de chambre à notre arrivé dans une chambre bien moins bien que ce que nous avions réserver. Nous avons dû négocier pour récupérer la chambre après qu’ils nous aient emmené dans 2 chambres bien moins biens. Les photos sur le site ne sont donc pas représentative de ce que vous allez avoir car ils vous bougent à leur guise dans les options les moins cher possibles

− Geen enkele bevestiging dat je op de juiste plek bent, als je buiten bij de deur staat. Nergens is de naam van de Riad te lezen aan de buitenkant.

10.0Quiet, Traditional Riad right in the Medina. Huge rooms. Fantastic breakfast & super efficient, friendly staff.
− It’s a ‘satellite’ Riad to a much larger Riad hotel… we stayed in ‘low season’, so it took a bit if time to gain access since no directly resident staff.

8.0Personeel doet uitstekend z'n best om je zo goed mogelijk te helpen en je wensen te vervullen.
− Zwembad was ijskoud, vanaf parkeerplaats moet je 10 minuten lopen om je hotel te bereiken. Ik zou met kinderen dit niet iedereen aanbevelen.
