6.0Great hotel with very helpful reception staff, location, food, etc. However, there is room for improvement. The fabric sofas and chairs in the reception area need a thorough clean. Nothing is more off-putting than a fridge with an awful smell and a shower glass that isn't clean, as it makes you wonder whether the rooms are cleaned properly.

10.0The hotel room was nice, but the soundproofing was poor, I heard shouting and running around in the hallway. The reception staff Gam, Phuong Thao, bellman Tuan were very nice and helpful during my stay

10.0The rooms were clean and the service was amazing too! The bathroom light was a bit too dim. We walked around 4 minutes to the beach. Quỳnh Anh and nhân ai were very attentive to our needs and were very kind.
