Proximity to the beach and town, decent price

− No fan in the room made it feel a little stuffy

Breakfast very good rooms we'll serviced

− Had an issue at breakfast no staff at counter asked young lady dark curly hair didn't get her name who was passing for some service please the answer I got was I'm busy at the moment I offered to serve myself if it would help she developed quite an attitude saying it was against the rules then asked for our room number in a not very friendly manor not very professional perhaps further training in customer service would be helpful

there was a bed, a desk and a wardrobe kinda unit.

− Breakfast was not good (it was actually terrible; I love breakfast, but this I had to leave on the plate); it looked and tasted like microwave meals, and there was only instant coffee, which was extremely bitter. The room was okay, but the building had settled over time, and the floor was a slope, and the water pressure in the shower was nearly nonexistent. All signs at the hotel were clearly done in Word printed on site and just plastered up, which gave the whole place an extremely unprofessional vibe. The lift doors no longer closed by themselves, and the lift could therefore sometimes not be called to other floors. Considering it was peak season, there was no option for dinner at the hotel except for the coach clients, which may have been a blessing considering the breakfast.

Staff were really friendly, room nice and clean and the breakfast was lovely. This was my second visit, I’ll definitely be back again.

Beds were comfortable, great location

− Room was not the same as advertised- when reported this to reception was told this is what all hotels do they advertise their best rooms but they only have limited ones like this. The only way I would get the room shown as advertised if I stayed in a more modern hotel this is a very old hotel Room had horrible smell Stains on the bottom of the beds and on bed sheets. Bird poo and feathers on windowsill inside- when told reception they just said oh yeah birds do fly in someone must of left the window open. Was to hot in the rooms-no air conditioning couldnt open windows far enough due to birds coming in the room. Very small bathroom - not the same as on picture-water ran very slow in the shower and was a nail sticking up on the floor.
