Big view but too loud

− I was looking for a quiet retreat space but it’s close to a very busy road and I heard that all the time. I also didn’t feel close to things in Tarapoto.

10.0La atención del personal, siempre dispuesto a atender a sus huespedes y hacerlo de forma amable y rápida. Siendo sincero me encanto mucho desde las instalaciones hasta la atencion de todo el personal, la piscina muy relajante y las hamacas como el restaurante muy limpios y comodos, realmente una experiencia muy grata.
− La habitacion 111 tiene un ligero detalle, la luz del pasillo entra directamente a la habitacion por la ventana que se encuentra encima de la puerta, y lamentablemente no tiene cortina, entonces seria muy bueno que o pongan una cortina en esa venta o en su defecto que a una hora puntual de la noche pues apaguen las luces del pasillo para asi no incomodar a los huespedes de esa habitación.

9.0Todo excelente, buena la atención, bueno el desayuno, las habitaciones cómodas , la atención del restorán , quienes trabajan muy amables.
− Todo hubiera sido perfecto, si no existiera la calle bulliciosa , pero en fin eso escapa al hotel.
