他が良かっただけに残念
8.0フロントに５つ星ホテル会員客並みの対応をして下さる若い男性スタッフがいた。 初めての宿泊なのにパスポートを提示しただけで、国籍と人数と年齢から判断したのか、パスポートを開くこともなくこちらの名前を呼ばれたので驚いた。 男性スタッフの方は、その後の対応も素晴らしかった。 部屋は髪の毛一本見つけることがない程きれいだったが、人目に付かない場所に驚くことに前泊者の下着が忘れられており、チェックアウト時に女性スタッフにそのことを確認しておいてほしいと翻訳機を使い告げた所、軽く笑ってノーコメントだった。 駅から近く、周辺には飲食店も多く、コンビニもある。 建物が古かったり忘れ物の事もあったが室内はキレイ。 水圧も良かったし、モーテルと大差ないほど宿泊費も安かった。なにより男性スタッフの対応が素晴らしかった。 忘れ物以外の対応の件も含めて女性スタッフの対応も良ければ100点のホテルだったのに残念。

10.0The hotel is located at near by metro, shopping centres. restaurants and cafes even until very lately so it is extremely convenient for us. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is highly recommended to all and we will choose this hotel again:)
