− No servía una lampara x lo cual, no esta iluminada la habitación, el día q llegue quise bañar a mis hijos y jaaamss salio agua caliente me comunique en varias ocasiones a recepción y jamas me solucionaron al día siguiente nos bañamos pero estaba intermitente el agua caliente

− LA PRESIÓN DEL AGUA EN EL BAÑO FUE MUY MALA, POR NO DECIR NULA. Y EL AGUA SALÍA FRÍA.
Una buena estancia, en un hotel bonito y bien cuidado y bien ubicado.
8.0La ubicación del alojamiento es muy buena, cerca del centro y un lugar tranquilo. El hotel es muy bonito y las habitaciones muy completas, incluyendo el baño.
− La habitación no tenia luz natural. Desde la habitación se oian ruidos de la lavandería en la planta baja. Sin embargo, nos ofrecieron cambiar la habitación sin problema.

− The reception guy is so serious; we need some one more friendly to introduce amenities in the city or just for the hotel and your time in the hotel The bathroom area is old, we have to many problemas with the watering can, and the sink was leaking The led lights in to the shower it wasn’t working
