Worst Holiday Inn Express I've ever stayed in.
2.0None of the power plugs or USB ports by the beds worked. The power and USB under the TV doesn't work and the blinds are broken. They will not move up or down. Told the night clerk and manager both about these issues and was told they know about these issues and apparently there are multiple rooms with the same issues and they refuse to fix them. Manager tried blaming the maintenance staff. Either way - this falls solely on the franchise owner of this property. I travel a lot and stay almost exclusively at IHG properties. In fact this is the 5th Holiday Inn Express I've stayed in this year thus far, and this is by far the jankiest IHG property I've ever stayed in.
