6.0The staff is warm and friendly but we got sick after eating what they call chicken nuggets and that was rough, other than that, the place is nice.
An oasis of calm
10.0We had a wonderful stay here - an oasis of calm in the hustle and bustle of central Kisumu. The rooms were clean and of a much higher standard than most other hotels in the area.

10.0Kisumu, Kenya, I enjoyed this place. Great breakfast. Thumbs up. OK, here is a heads up for an American, here an all-inclusive breakfast does not include coffee. Think British, tea is included, however coffee, no. Again, just a heads up, great place though.

8.0Thw courtyard was lovely and the soft gospel music over breakfast was very pleasant. I would have loved brewed coffee to have been part of the breakfast buffet without having to pay 300 for expresó. But overall a very good experience.

6.0夜チェックインしたら、部屋の中に蚊が沢山いて、寝るまで６匹殺した。 夕食をレストランで食べる際にも、網戸を使わずオープンなレストランな為、蚊が多く、現地の人は気にしていないが、旅行者には夜の蚊は怖い状況の為、次の日からルームサービスに切り替えた。ルームサービスをしてくれるのはありがたかった。 ２週間の滞在期間中、ほぼ毎日、ドアのカードキーの読み取りトラブルで受付と部屋の往復をさせられた。
