Do not stay here. We paid for a large room and got a dirty smaller one at midnight, with no key, no host, no hot water a
1.0Nothing. We did not even get into the room we paid for.
− Almost everything, starting with check-in. We booked a large two-bedroom room for four people. We arrived at around midnight. There was no key in the locker for the room we paid for. I called the owner many times. Nobody answered. Reception was closed. Four people were left with nowhere to stay. If the other room had been occupied, we would have been on the street. We had to spend the night in a different room on the first floor. It was a completely different room type and about half the size of what we paid for. That room was dirty. The towels looked unwashed. There was no hot water. The property later confirmed in writing: there was no key for the booked room, they did not answer the phone, and we stayed in a different room. They still refused a proper refund and hid behind a non-refundable rate. We did not cancel. They simply did not give us what was listed. This was not a small inconvenience. It was a failed booking: no key, no contact, a dirty smaller room, no hot water, and not the room we paid for.

7.0Einrichtung war okay. Klein, aber gemütlich. Es war alles vorhanden. Das Frühstück war gut und schneller Service.
− Es gibt keinen Lift. Das Hauptlicht hat nicht funktioniert und die Lampenschirme neben dem Bett sind zu weit vom Bett weg. Das Bad hat leicht nach Kanalisation gerochen. Die Bettdecke war zu wenig warm und es war keine zweite vorhanden.
Idéal pour une découverte à pied d'Athènes et ses charmes. Proximité du métro.
