10.0O atendimento de quase todos os funcionários foi incrível. E o local é muito confortável, com boa localização. Em especial nosso agradecimento é para o Sr. João e Sr. Caio, ambos ficam na portaria e tornaramm nossa estadia muito agradável pois possuem uma energia incrível.
− As recepcionistas precisam de treinamento, pois demonstraram falta de preparo. Além disso, achei o processo bastante arcaico, com uma quantidade excessiva de papéis e uma demora descomunal no atendimento. Em plena era digital, é realmente necessário imprimir e assinar tantos documentos?

8.0Cama confortável, roupa de cama bem limpa, chuveiro gostoso, café da manhã bom.
− Torneira da pia muito de difícil de abrir e fechar, ficava pingando, acabamento de registro do banheiro estava quebrado. Funcionária do café da manhã super mal educada com a minha filha, totalmente desnecessário.
Ótimo custo benefício.
8.0Funcionários prestativos, educados, a acomodação no geral boa. Café da manhã muito bom. Estacionamento cortesia e coberto.
− O único ponto negativo é o sofá cama, do tipo antigo, que rangia quando você se mexe, atrapalhando as pessoas dormindo no quarto. Creio que poderiam investir em sofás cama mais modernos e confortáveis.
