This has got to be the best place in town. We loved our stay.
10.0The grounds and rooms look amazing, nice pool, great swim spot off the pier, food was good.
− The only thing I'd ask for is filtered water so we can refill our bottles. I'd rather not bother the with filling our bottles.
It was ok but I would not stay again.
7.0It was a good location but we had no idea that it doesn’t have a full bar - only. We’re and wine
− Pool was very small, no TV in room. The maid service was terrible - just awful. I even left a tip one day to see if it would help and it did t matter either. Also flakes fall from the thatched ceiling and is alive the bed.

6.0Le lodge, la vue et l'emplacement
− Le service et le personnel. Au contraire de certains autres établissements, le personnel fait uniquement le minimum nécessaire. Ceci était valable pour la préparation de notre voyage (avant d'arriver nous avons essayé d'organiser les excursions) et lors de notre séjour. Le personnel n'aide pas, ils n'ont pas envie de faire plus que le stricte nécessaire et ne donnent pas des informations si ce n'est pas pour leur propre vente ou chiffre d'affaires. Pire, les guides d'une excursion, croisés sur le terrain du resort) vous ne saluent même pas 30 minutes après la fin d'une excursion. Heureusement nous avons eu des expériences bien meilleures dans d'autres établissements en Belize et sur place nous avons trouvé des conseils et de l'aide fantastique ailleurs par des personnes passionnées.

10.0We had a great stay. The property is beautiful and in a great spot. You can easily walk to many restaurants, shops and excursion offices. We were able to have one excursion pick us up at the Ramon’s dock which was excellent. Beautiful, clean and spacious rooms. Great escape from the street noise, once on property it’s serene and quiet. The pool is super cute. Great food. We were extremely happy with our stay!

9.0The location and the jungle oasis right beside the beach was fantastic. Well organized tours and an awesome pier to jump and snorkle off of.
