8.0Everything was amazing. Only complaint i have is how loud the next door neighbors were ALL night with their loud music and first thing in the morning. We could hear everything in our room.

8.0We found a live roach or some type of beetle crawling around this morning. I took a pic of it to send you if you want. Also one of the bedroom floors has water seeping out from under the flooring.
