− It was hard to get the front desk personnel. Finding what was on tv was difficult. The channels didn’t match the schedule on the screen

− The internet connection tends to disconnect sometimes. It happened several times when I was on call. But it's a minor issue, it was probably weak on that day only.

− It was dirty, rang the bell multiple times, there was a man using profanities while I was waiting for someone to come down and I think it was the desk person. My daughter and I ended up leaving to another hotel. Lost out on the money I paid to stay there...
