The hotel is beautiful, the rooms were spotless, the food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the facilities were excellent. What made our holiday truly special was the exceptional service. A very special thank you to Esraa Mohamed from the Guest Relations team. She was incredibly kind, professional, and always available to help with anything we needed. She followed up with us throughout our stay, arranged our restaurant reservations, and made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Her attention to detail and warm hospitality made a huge difference to our experience. Every member of the staff was friendly and hardworking, creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere for the whole family. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return. Thank you, Steigenberger Alcazar, and a special thank you once again to Esraa Mohamed for making our holiday so memorable!

En başta yemekleri efsane, her türlü onlarca çeşit yemek var her türlü damağa uygun, restoranları ve yemekleri mükemmel bütün restoranları. resepsiyonu arayıp ihtiyaçlarınızı isteyince her türlü size yolluyorlar, yorgun olunca yemeğe bile birkaç defa Golf arabasi ile gittik,çalışanlar güler yüzlü, içecekleri,yiyecekleri vs öylesine değil hepsi gayet kaliteli. Odanıza isteğiniz neyse getiriliyor, bildiğiniz kral gibisiniz. Odada mini bar,meyveler, çerezler,sıcak içecekler mevcut her gün yenileniyor. Garsonlar vs sizden kimse bahşiş isteme durumu yok. Diğer otellerdeki gibi şu yasak bu yasak diyen yok,kimse size karışmıyor. Plajında size ücretsiz şnorkel veriliyor ve resmen balıklar ile birlikte yürüyorsunuz ki bu muhteşemdi. Otelin genel menejeri ile tanıştık çok mütevazı ve tatlı bir insandı,her zaman kendisine ulaşabileceğimizi belirtti, teşekkür ediyoruz Otel sakin,kafa dinlemelik lüks bir tatil istiyenler için bire bir. Otelin bir diğer güzel yanı sürekli hazırda yemek olması yani geç kahvaltı olsun öğleden sonra atıştırmalıkları olsun gece bile sandavicler yapılıyor. İçecek dışında ücretsiz dondurmalar, cipsler vs çok iyi. Otel olsun odalar olsun çok temiz. Bizim odada 2 banyo vardı küvet vs gayet ferah ve genişti,tertemiz ki her gün temizleniyor harika bir odaydı. Otelin çevre düzenlemesi muazzam sürekli kafanızı nereye cevirseniz bir düzen ve harika bir manzara görüyorsunuz. Havuzlar her gün temizleniyor. Esra mohammed hanım ilk günden bizi arayıp, kişisel olarak ilgilendi, otelde bizi arayıp ihtiyacımız olup olmadığını sordu kendisine teşekkür ederim. Otelden erken çıkınca bize sabah için de kutuda kahvaltılık ayarladı, sağolsun

− Sahil biraz uzak yaklaşık 500metre. Bunu çözmek için golf arabalari ile götürüp getiriyorlar ama dediğim gibi sahilde rengarek balıklar ile beraber yüzünce bir önemi kalmıyor. Otelden çıkınca minibar sorgulaması yapıldı ücret açısından her şey dahil pakettti bizimki ücret ödemedik eğer her şey dahil pakette minibarda ücret ödeme varsa biraz saçma olur çünkü zaten maliyeti bişey değil ve böyle küçük harcamaların peşine düşmek böylesine kaliteli bir otele yakışmaz. Bir de çamaşır yıkama ücretli keşke bu da ücretsiz olsaydı, ütü neyse de yıkama ücretsiz olmalı.

Absolutely exception place with super attentive staff. Esraa, our Guest Relations personal assistant, was incredible throughout our stay. We have had the the best five days here as a family of four!

What truly made this holiday exceptional was the outstanding Guest Relations service. A very special thank you to Esraa, who was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. She made every request so easy, assisted us with restaurant reservations, followed up throughout our stay, and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another booking. Her attention to detail and genuine care made a huge difference to our experience. The pools, beach, entertainment, and facilities were all excellent, making it a perfect destination for both couples and families. Every day was relaxing, enjoyable, and filled with wonderful memories. We have stayed at many luxury resorts, but the warmth, hospitality, and exceptional service at Steigenberger Alcazar truly stand out.
