Lo que más me gustó fue las piscina, las animaciones que tengo que destacar la atención de Vicente y Paola son maravillosos, por otro lado la atención de ana la limpiadora de mi habitación era maravillosa. La mayoría de las cosas estuvieron estupendas.

− No me gustó el buffet la comida dejaba mucho que desear, por otra parte hubo un acto de un trabajador creo que era de mantenimiento iba vestido de gris, alto rubio como en todo hotel la gente reservábamos hamacas con el mismo fin y era estar cerca de nuestros menores en las piscinas,, no es el único hotel que se hace, estuve 4 noches la 1,2 no hubo problemas y la tercera cogió el tío todas las pertenencias (toallas,chanclas,bolsos) etc de todo el mundo incluido niños menores y los arrojó dejando libre las hamacas reservadas todo puesto en una piedra liadas todas las pertenencias de las personas, cuando llegaron estas dichas personas se encontraron sus hamacas reservadas ocupadas por otras personas q creían q estaban libre al hacer este chico eso. Con lo cual creó conflictos entres las personas sus formas de quitar las cosas fue arrogante enterada y chulesca a mi me cabreo un montón y de ello me quejé!

Very clean. Room cleaned every day. Good variety of food and every evening a different country food theme. Free minibus to local beach. Close to a local shopping area with supermarket, bars and restaurants (if you fancy a change). Good entertainment for adults and kids. Staff very friendly.

− Not enough plug points for 3 people with modern usage with kids iPad, 2 phones, 2 tracker watches, laptop and kindle. Used the TV point for my stuff. Most of the aqua Zumba and Fitness was mostly in Spanish as was the kids club (which put our 5 yr old off a bit). All the kids staff could speak both French and English so not sure why they stuck to Spanish (been to other hotels and they do all 3). Lifeguards weren’t very visible - older kids were coming down slides/flumes before younger kids had got out of the way (especially between 16.00-18.00) which should have been monitored for safety with the large range of kids - adults using the area. Mad rush for beds in the morning too - queue started about 9.15 for 10 opening.

La animación y la comida

− El colchón y almohada, el olor a desagüe del baño, la limpieza de tumbonas, el césped de la parte de la piscina que te clavabas pinchos literal, y el ambiente que creaban una gran cantidad de personas que había hospedadas.

Ikke å anbefale. Hadde det ikke vært for at det var begrenset med andre ledige hoteller hadde jeg byttet tvert!!

− Det var skittent, rommet stinket røyk, så jeg måtte bytte rom, når jeg da fikk nytt rom så luktet også dette ille, men en smule bedre enn forrige. I matsalen og rundt bassengområdet luktet det oppkast. Maten var ikke god. Et av de dårligste hotellene jeg har besøkt.
