8.0Nice room. Would stay again but request single level rooms and away from the trucks parking as they caused wake up call at 6am on Sunday - not ideal. Also one room had a few maintenance issues.

8.0Basic but comfortable accomodation for a weekend in Christchurch. Rooms were older style but clean, tidy, warm and comfortable and we had a busy weekend so for a place to sleep and shower these were good.
