スタッフの方は皆笑顔で丁寧に対応して下さって安心しました。禁煙ルームを予約していたのですが喫煙ルームに変更出来るか聞いたら、ちゃんと調べて下さって、8千円高ければありますと答えて下さいました。 部屋はとても清潔で、周りの部屋の声も響かず、快適に過ごせました。ベッド周りにもライトがあり、寝ながら読書も出来て寛げました。 部屋のキーがなければエレベーターも動かせないので、セキュリティ面も安心出来ます。 山形駅の隣でアクセスがとても良いのに、お値段もお手頃なので、山形に行く時はいつも利用させて頂いています。

− アメニティは充実していたのですが、化粧品がなかったのが少しだけ残念でした。
