Wszystko było ponad nasze oczekiwania. Personel był bardzo miły. To nie była obsługa nastawiona na napiwki, po prostu taki jest standard. Pyszne jedzenie, urozmaicone drinki, ciekawe wydarzenia i animacje, duży basen i duża ilość leżaków. W całym hotelu jest mnóstwo miejsc do spędzania czasu i nigdzie nie było tłoku. Po prostu wszystko było lepiej niż powinno.

− Jedynym minusem było morze. Zejście jest dziwnie przygotowane jakimiś płytami i woda sięgała po pas i trochę była mętna przez pływające motorówki.

We are here just now, from scotland and absolutely love it! The staff are all amazing and so friendly even though german is definitely easier for them than English. Special shout out to the amazing flatbread making lady at the pool restaurant... only discovered it today and we leave on Saturday! Absolutely delish! Pool and beach service 💯 we feel very lucky and very spoilt!

Disappointing experience

This hotel was a major disappointment for me. Almost all the guests were elderly German tourists, which made the atmosphere feel more like a retirement home than a holiday resort. The reception staff spoke very poor English, and one of them was outright rude. When I asked about a breakfast box for an early check-out, they pretended not to understand me, which felt dismissive and unhelpful. On the beach, service was inconsistent and seemed selective depending on where you were from. One waiter ignored my order for a cocktail, only to bring it half an hour later with a smile, after I had already gone to the bar myself. The food was tasty but extremely repetitive. Meat dishes were varied, but fish was always the same type prepared with different sauces every day. Out of seven days, seafood and sushi were served only once. As a pescatarian, I had almost no variety and ended up eating the same thing daily. The entire menu seemed designed exclusively for German guests. Some waiters in the restaurant were polite and respectful, and after the first day I managed to figure out where everything was, but overall the hotel felt unfriendly and unwelcoming. There are no clear signs inside the hotel, so finding your way around was frustrating. The beach itself is nice, with a gradual entrance into the sea. But honestly, this does not feel like a 5-star hotel—more like 4 at best. I also don’t understand the overly positive reviews and the guests who return here year after year; it feels like they simply have no point of comparison. Unless you are a senior who enjoys meat-heavy food and cold salads, I would strongly advise staying away from this hotel.
