− Teve um dos recepcionistas , o chamado Victor que desligou a luz quando eu estava na área de convivência e desligou a luz comigo lá , qualquer informação que eu pedisse ele ignorava. Depois fiquei sabendo por um hóspede que ele disse que não falava comigo porque supostamente minha energia é pesada, totalmente mal Educado e desnecessário

There is no hot water on site.
