Nettes Hotel, leider in unserem Fall mit schlechter Serviceleistung
7.0Man hat versucht das ältere Gebäude durch den Vintage Stil wieder schön herzurichten, Das ist grundsätzlich gelungen. Die aufgepeppten alten Möbel werden kombiniert mit neuen Elementen. Im Zimmer gibt es keine Klimaanlage, lediglich einen Ventilator. Das Zimmer war mit Frühstück. Da wir bereits sehr früh abgereist sind, hat man uns eine LunchBox im Kühlschrank der Gemeinschaftsküche deponiert. Das Hotel ist nah am Flughafen. In ca. 15-20 Min kann man zu Fuß die Altstadt von Ponta Delgada erreichen.
− Direkt neben unserem Zimmer war das Außengerät der Klimaanlage für das Hauptgebäude (Rezeption etc). Diese ist die ganze Nacht gelaufen, was zu einer Lärmbelästigung geführt hat. Wir hatten die Dame an de Rezeption gegeten ein Taxi für 4:50 (am) zu reservieren, welches uns zum Flughafen fahren sollte, Es kam jedoch kein Taxi. Beim Anruf in der Zentrale wurde uns gesagt es gäbe keine Reservierung für uns und es wären auch keine Wagen mehr verfügbar. Zu unserem Glück kam ein Taxi vorbei welches andere Gäste zum Flughafen fuhr und uns zusagte, dass er zurück käme um uns abzuholen. Wir waren kurz vor Schließung des Check In am Flughafen. Das war knapp, ärgerlich und unprofessionell.
