− Quartos sem AC, muito quentes, falta de elevador, o que para uma pessoa de 83 anos é muito difícil, quando é colocada num 3.º andar!!
Very comfortable hotel with exceptional staff
9.0The staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. They went out of their way to be helpful.
− The room was a little stuffy because of the very hot weather. A larger cooling fan would have been helpful.
Lovely property with good parking. Easy walk, train or cab to St Ives or other destinations in Cornwall.

− The bar area is tucked away at the back of the restaurant and it would be nicer if it had a closer proximity to the lounge area.
Disappointing and the room was overpriced for what it was

− The room was dirty with dust on the radiator in the bathroom. The room was so hot and were unable to open the windows wide enough to let fresh air in. The room and shower room were tiny.
Won’t stay here again. Other hotels offer more for less cost.

− The room-advertised as ‘cosy’ which was a euphemism for far far too small. Tiny bathroom almost unusable. No room for suitcases Just about enough room to squeeze past the end of the bed. No storage space for everyday clothes Lack of security. Anyone could walk in during the night and get access to the accommodation.
