− I asked for a late check out since I got there at 10 at night and the lady at night said it was okay but we got a call in the morning and that lady said it was not okay

10.0Staff always friendly and ready to help. Rooms are clean. This was my 3rd stay great value for your money. The rooms have been renovated. The outside not so great but your not sleeping out there.

7.0Room was clean, so was the bathroom, good shower, staff were great. Building and parking lot show there age, area is adjacent to main thoroughfare.
− Exterior was dirty and a bit broken down, some duct tape in places so initially concerned, but interior good and very helpful staff.

Guests with a Grande Prairie postal code cannot be accommodated at this property.
This property is under a Renovation Construction,
Due to the on-going renovation, our office hour is now Monday to Friday 8 am to 8 pm. However, we do have staff onsite to assist our in-house guests and reservations.
When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 5 EUR per pet, per night applies (but at least a minimum fee of 35 Euro per stay).
Please note: Due to final construction work inside and outside the residence until the end of May 2024, some rooms may not have usable air conditioning and/or a balcony. The gardens are expected to be completed by the end of May.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
