− Main: Cleanliness of our bungalow was not up to expectations. Each morning we found numerous dark droppings/particles on the bed and pillow despite the bed being clean before sleep. The room also seemed poorly maintained, and we experienced eye irritation, runny nose and coughing while staying there. These symptoms resolved after moving to another hotel. 1. Room: They gave basic room instead of booked family room. We corrected it. 2. Safety box: Missing: It was installed as requested, but required extra effort from us to be done. 3. Cleaning of the room: Not done even sign "please make up room"
