10.0i request for 30 minutes early check in as i arrived early to johor, and the staff shahira was very polite answering my calls and guide me through self registration. during night after 12 am once we finsihed the wedding , it was easy to back to hotel even main door is lcoked , the staff quickly open it, andthe check out process also quiet easy, room was very cold, and clean . worth for money , will stay here again if i visited kulai
