4.0First room they sent us to hadn’t been made up and stunk. No service throughout 4 night stay. No bar. No restaurant. Lift needs attention. No accessibility. Decor old and tatty. This was our second stay and gone downhill. Won’t be staying again. Expensive for facilities you got. Plus side, our one encounter with staff was pleasant and helpful.

4.0We have stayed before and was fine but this time was not got there and the lift was broken and wasnt advised before hand! Got to our room and there was no toilet roll the room stunk of cigarettes half the plug sockets didnt work and struggled to get signal on the tv!
Staff do not follow fire evacuation procedures, ne
2.0Woke up as fire alarm went off, no members of staff checked if we got out safe or told us what was going on, no register check, have previously stayed there but would not again due to lack of procedures for evacuation and lack of staff training. Also lift didn't work, room in need of refurbishment, curtain rail just holding on, shower over flooding, nob off on radiator, ceiling paper loose and restaurant closed, no breakfast offered, very disappointed, not worth the money paid.
Never again!
4.0Last time we stayed, we had a lovely room, comfortable stay and an amazing breakfast. This time the room was tired, in need of a fix up, the paint was flaky, ceiling paper was peeling, curtain rail was balanced so it tipped and nearly fell off when you touch the curtain, radiator nob was just balanced and took less than a minute for us to fix it back on, shower tray nearly overflowed, was blocked, toilet was constantly running, looked inside the cistern and took 2.sweet wraps out, then it worked fine. Lift was out of order and restaurant closed. Fire alarm went off after midnight and we evacuated, we found people standing on the hotel steps smoking, no member of staff, after a while people started to go back in so a member of staff must of told them it was safe but no one to k our room number or names to make sure we had got out the building safely. After that we had a really uncomfortable night, next morning the alarm went off again and the staff member that came outside thanked us for evacuating and commented that out of the whole hotel only the 4 of us had come out, asked us to wait until she gave us the all clear.,again no registered called. If it had of been a real fire the fire fighters wouldn't of known who was in or out of the building so overall we wouldn't stay again as staff are not trained to follow the fire evacuation process, so we don't feel safe staying there.
Weekend break
8.0I always try to stay at this hotel when in Yarmouth and it has always been a good experience. However, this time there was no restaurant or bar as everything was closed.
