2.0When we arrived there was no room available. This is an Expedia problem not the hotels.

2.0I booked room and when arrived showed confirmation and staff said no room was booked even after I showed payment and confirmation of room.

2.0Bloody terrible. We caught a cab with all our luggage to the lake hotel that was booked through Expedia and they turned us away saying there was no room and the hotel was full and that they don’t deal with Expedia any more. Expedia took our money but no rom available. We are in a foreign country visiting our sick father in hospital and have to deal with this on room if it. It was impossible to find a room and we had to stay at the hospital.
