10.0Naprosto úžasné místo pro rodiny s dětmi. Hezké čisté apartmány, dětské atrakce, hřiště, jezírko, bazén, sauna, minigolf. Možnost výletu lanovkou hned naproti ubytování. Moje rodina si týden moc užila!
Nettes Hotel mit top Lage
8.0- Das Hotel lag super schön direkt am See und an der Seilbahn die man mit der Touristenkarte gratis nutzen konnte. - Das Schwimmbad (mit Kinderbecken), der kleine Badesee und die Sauna waren im Zimmerpreis mit inklusive sodass wir bei gutem und bei schlechtem Wetter immer etwas mit unserer Tochter unternehmen konnte. Im Schwimmbad hat sich das Personal immer bemüht alles sauber zu alten auch wenn mal mehr los war. - Die Wohnung war ingesamt in Ordnung und sauber, wir würden uns allerdings bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt (vor allem wegen den Betten) für eine hochwertigere entscheiden.
− - Großer Nachteil: Die Wohnung hatte keine Klimaanlage und keine Fliegengitter. Wenn es sehr warm war, konnte man selbst abends schlecht Lüften da sonst alle Muskitos in die Wohnung flogen. - Obwohl es angeblich neue Bettmatratzen waren (feste Seite) waren sie für uns definitiv viel zu weich. Auch der Toppen hat leider nicht geholfen. Das Personal (vor allem eine der beiden Rezeptionisten) waren leider auch nicht wirklich hilfsbreit. Auch die Kissen und Decken waren unserer Meinung nach mangelhaft sodass wir nachts relativ viel geschwitzt haben. - Das Streaming (Netflix) funktionniert nur im Schlafzimmer, jedoch nicht im Wohnzimmer. - Die Duschkabinentür ließ sich nicht richtig schließen. - Im Treppenhaus (Teppichboden) wirken unhygienisch und muffig.
Spacious, clean, comfortable apartment with amazing amenities in area with beautiful nature
10.0The apartment was amazing, clean and comfortable. There were two big bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and the view was unbelievable. We loved the pool, hot tub and the play room. It is close to town and the stores and bakery (which is delicious). The lake is amazing. We enjoyed all the activities that were included with our stay, went up with the chair lift and hiked several times, went to the pool in Ilanz (kids loved the jump boards), played minigolf and pitpat. Everything was great. Staff was also able to provide outlet converters for us, which made everything so easy. I was very impressed with the level of service.
