− Subir escaleras al tercer piso. Somos de la tercera edad. Un colchon incómodo por sentir los resortes.

Mejor vayan a otro hotel
5.0El hotel tiene una buena ubicación y su alberca es sencilla pero aceptable.
− El personal de recepción no atiende bien. Hice mi reservación por booking para 4 personas (2 adultos y 2 niños) y a parte de que olvidaron darme información y el vale para el desayuno, solo me lo dieron para 2 personas. Su justificación fue que, según ellos, no cobran por los niños y por esa razón no me daban desayuno para ellos, cuando la reservación claramente fue hecha para 4 personas en habitación cuádruple. ¿Qué los niños no comen? Eso me pareció decepcionante. Las camas están muy duras e incómodas. El hotel no cuenta con estacionamiento.
