Great location in quiet area just off the seafront
8.0These are clean & very well located rooms, just a short walk away from the seafront and located on the third floor of a smart older building (with historic lift). Francesca was accommodating of our changed circumstances and communicates well, despite our having a slight misunderstanding. The nearby parking is a great benefit.
− There was nothing that we didn't like about the property but there were two things that I would clarify for others. Firstly, this three bedroom apartment is potentially shared by two sets of renters. We hadn't realised this. One is situated in the main double bedroom and the other the adjacent two bedroom 'suite'. Both share the foyer/lounge and breakfast room. I had not realised the apartment was shared with others and this led to confusion. Some clarity (such as signs on the bedroom doors) might help. Secondly, the car parking spaces are quite tight & narrow. We were driving a UK Mercedes C class and getting out of the car required some physical gymnastics as we couldn't turn the car once in the gated location, stay parked within the allocated space and open the drivers door! Despite these two comments, we would happily stay again if passing this way.
