8.0Fantastische locatie, direct aan de boulevard en strand! Ontzettende aardige medewerkers.
Great for weekend break.
8.0Great location, pleasant friendly staff and good breakfast.
− Room was a bit dated and showing signs of wear.

8.0The location is beautiful, quiet and peaceful and not far from Old Shanklin village. We loved sitting outside and eating breakfast watching the sea every morning. There was plenty of choice on the breakfast menu and staff were accommodating switching items on the set breakfast that I did not like. The room was small but clean and the beds were very comfortable.
− Not enough tea and coffee supplied for the rooms and it was not refreshed at all, so we had to keep asking staff for milk, teabags etc. There is no lift to help with getting luggage up and down stairs. The food was a bit overprived for what it was, though the breakfast was excellent.
Overall a very good value holiday here, and would come again. Staff very welcoming! 2026 I Overal
8.0The service was good, especially appreciated t h e hard work and effort Mark made in respect to our stay, he was excellent.
− The rooms were a bit dated and tired.
B and B accepted but bar food and prices are not.
5.0The location was beautiful, the fact the the hot breakfast and breakfast drinks were included was a big bonus.
− The fact that we spent the whole 1st day and evening at the bar restaurant spending inexcess of £190 not being asked to stop vaping so we though this was accepted at the venue in the outside bar area then to be told by a gang of staff the following day that its not allowed and against their rules, but later in the evening it may then be ok just didn't sit with us, they should be a simple yes/no decision to capes and signs displayed. We found elsewhere to spend our money after, as we also found the Bistro food in the restaurant wasn't value for money and poor quality, the fries seemed to have been re fried several times before serving as they were like bullets and just flirted off the plate. So the lunch and evening meals we found was a total rip off and served poor portions and quality. Rooms were very badic and in a desperate need for modernisation. We are also partners with B.com with a holiday apartment so we give our reviews with total honesty. So just for the use for the B and B side and eat and drink elsewhere is acceptable but not for anything else unfortunately.
great staff great views and a banging full englis
10.0well me and the wife stopped here for two days , first off the staff ? are superb not good but superb . made us feel at home , the food was cracking , they do a great english breakfast . the room was more than enough . superb view over the sea . going to sleep listening to the waves on the beach was nice !! we travelled by motorbike and they allowed us to park behind the hotel ( saved us paying for parking ,) we eat one night and yes it was spot on . we had numerous conversations with one of the owners . he’s spot on , i’m gonna call him a kiwi just to annoy him lol as he’s from australia. he’s hands on very polite and very happy to help you with any problems you might have , would i stop here again ,? yes 100% great food great bed shower and food!! and most of all the staff . all superb !!
− nothing it’s all spot on
