8.0Convenient location in KK. Friendly staff. The room is spacious. But the beds are simply too hard to sleep on. We both had sore backs the next day. I would stay again if they had more comfortable beds.

4.0Basic at best. The check in process was disorganised, slow and shambolic. Better trained reception staff are required. The room was clean but outdated and seriously needs a facelife sooner than later. The breakfast experience was a shocker. Limited choices that essentially catered to the Thai/Chinese guests and the simple things like brewed/perculated coffee (in leiu of instant coffee) and even milk (in lieu of powdered creamer) were lacking. The wifi also requires mention. It proved to be unreliable and constantly requiring log in. Bewware!!!!
