− Cleanliness, glass bathroom door, clear glass shower doors with spotlights, weird dirty hard not wood, wood looking floor which needed to be mopped and glued down better
Very good. Comfortable hotel
7.0Didn't have the buffet because they only have it when they reach a certain occupancy. Would have liked to have known that ahead of time. We were able to order off the menu, and the food was very good.
− Another server for food. Ice machine on our floor didn't work. Were slow to refill coffee/water station.

10.0It rained all the days I stayed here. The housekeeping team kept the floors dry and clean. Upon entering my room I was greeted with my name on the tv screen. Beautiful welcome touch to my weekend. Thanks for having me.

Wasn’t the best stay for the price - received breakfast vouchers that I can’t even use.
4.0The shower
− Heating unit was not working well. The view from the hotel room was terrible- we were in room 213 and our view was pipes and hotel building structures. Received breakfast vouchers that we can’t even use.
