10.0On my trip, this was the best hotel we stayed in by far. It had everything, the building was beautiful, the staff were super friendly. The rooms were spacious, modern and clean. The area was superb, it had transport nearby, it had tons of restaurants, tons of shops for shopping. Great views also. I would recommend this hotel to everybody visiting Kyoto.
