4.0Did not clean the room , no water, same towel for 2 days Mildew in the wardrobe ! Staff on the phone when checking in Wifi on and off Building site next door

10.0Originally booked for only 2 nights but extended by 2 more night because of this hotel. Reception staff was really friendly, helpful and honest from the moment I arrived until I left. The boy helped to arrange everything from motor bike rental and laundry to bus tickets (to Siem Reap). The room itself was very comfy. It was clean and AC is New and made by LG. Suggest spending 1 day taking motorbike to Bokor National Park (Church, big Buddha, abandoned casino, ancient king residence, waterfall, lake), 1 day to La Plantation (pepper plantation) and 1 day to Kep (to eat crab, see crab market and do 2 hr National Park trek). For food, I highly recommend European quality dining for very reasonable prices at Auberge du Soleil and Atelier. Enjoy!
