8.0Night audit guy denied to give me 3 cups of coffee cream on my early check out at 3ham saying that the free breakfast was open at 5h30. I say you want to give me a free breakfast later but I can’t have some coffee cream now !?!?!?!

10.0The hotel isn't fancy but the service was phenomenal!! Very helpful, sweet and friendly. Would definitely stay there again if we make it up that way again.
