HOTEL DE LA CITE...Parfait
10.0Sejour agréable, avec une "patronne" très aimable, attentive et disponible. C'est plaisant de sortir des "grandes chaines" que j'ai trop connu durant mon activité professionnelle. Le calme et la gentillesse, avec un très bon service, pas de souci. J'y retournerai
Disappointing.
4.0The lady on reception was lovely and very helpful in changing my room from one with a bath to one with a shower. Unfortunately the hotel itself looks very tired from the outside and is the same inside and there was a strong and unpleasant odour throughout the hotel.. Although the property and sheets were very clean I just couldn't bring myself to stay the night andl despite having paid for the room in advance I checked out and went to a Campanile 20 miles up the road. Such a shame as the receptionist was lovely, maybe I just caught it on a bad day.
