− Incubo a occhi aperti: una notte insonne e staff indifferente. Esperienza assolutamente disastrosa. Ho prenotato per una notte sperando in un soggiorno tranquillo, ma mi sono ritrovato in un vero e proprio inferno acustico. La camera, per quanto minuscola ma almeno ordinata, si è rivelata inabitabile a causa di un rumore assordante e continuo che impediva totalmente di prendere sonno. All'inizio sembrava il passaggio di un camion della nettezza urbana, ma la realtà era ben peggio: sul balcone era probabilmente posizionato un motore dell'aria condizionata (o di un impianto simile) talmente potente da far tremare le pareti. Il baccano era tale che la porta della stanza sembrava di carta velina, incapace di attutire la minima vibrazione. Impossibile chiudere occhio, una situazione surreale e snervante. Alla richiesta di cambiare stanza, la risposta della reception è stata a dir poco scandalosa: tutto pieno e, trattandosi di una sola notte, la camera assegnata era quella e ce la dovevamo tenere. Neanche un minimo tentativo di trovare una soluzione o di scusarsi per il disagio. Ovviamente, dopo appena 30 minuti, siamo stati costretti a fare le valigie e a fuggire da quel buco infernale, cercando un'alternativa all'ultimo minuto pur di riposare. Per completare l'opera di pessima gestione, ho chiesto il rimborso per un servizio inesistente e inutilizzabile, ma la struttura si è vigliaccamente rifiutata di restituire i soldi. Struttura pessima, unprofessionalità totale e zero rispetto per il cliente. Sconsigliatissimo, statene alla larga.

Easy to find. Close to a good part of town with things to do and places to eat. Reception staff were lovely and helpful. Room was nice and spacious and the hot tub was amazing.

− Air con in the room didn’t work very well. Bathroom was not particularly clean with toothpaste splatter on the walls. Included breakfast wasn’t worth it.

− Upon arrival, we were wrongfully charged an extra €55, even though our Booking.com price explicitly included all taxes. The reception was always empty. There is no elevator, making it extremely difficult to haul a 20 kg suitcase to the 2nd floor. The room door handle was broken, you had to slam it shut, and whenever someone opened the main door on the ground floor, it sounded like they were breaking into our room. The room smelled strongly of sewage, making it impossible to sleep, and worst of all, our clothes were rummaged through! There wasn't even a single glass provided. The AC was weak, and the bathroom fan just made noise without working. There were only blackout curtains: if opened, everyone could see inside; if closed, it was so dark we needed lights during the day. Breakfast was exactly the same every single day with zero variety, and the lady serving it was incredibly arrogant, condescending, and rude. The hotel surroundings were dirty and littered with trash. Avoid this place at all costs!
