− The steps located midway. Someone had to pay off an inspector for these to pass. I have a condition where my legs dont really cooperate all of the time. Im still more than capable of taking stairs though. There exists a variance of up to 1" in two separate steps. Thats two separate instances where I nearly busted my old tushie. This needs to be addressed, before it costs the company big money from an accident! The bathroom.... no exhaust fan, and minimal turn around room.
I did not enjoy. not worth the money.
1.0pool was nice, hot tub was nice. but extremely crowded, children in the hot tub.
− beds are awful. rooms ac barely works. showers are small, the fridge wasn't cold until the day we were leaving. blanket was more like a sheet. the pillows are literally half a pillow. smelled old.

3.0− Staff were not interested in anything asked of them Yes it was July 4 weekend - rubbish in bins were not cleared from Friday to Sunday in dining area and was overflowing onto floor. Food was left on floor for days. Carpet in room was disgustingly dirty and overall room not up to standard.
