7.0The fact that they had extra beds in the rooms
− Rooms didn't have mats around the beds ,it was a bit cold for a tiled room with no mat and one window had an opening we had to put in some papers,standard of the bathroom is too low. Also,we stayed for 2 nights ,the cleaners did nt change our bedding despite the fact it had some blood stains from my son's bleeding finger.
