10.0very nice place, clean and quiet. Owner upgrade my room and I was very happy with accommodations. Nice pool area and 10 min walk to beach
Fabulous pool and helpful staff
10.0We had a lovely few days, the fabulous pool area and friendly, helpful staff more than make up for the slightly dated, spartan room. There is a great bakery, supermarket and Taverna in short walking distance as well as a sandy beach. Good value for money.

8.0the location is great, close to the beach, situated near the airport and Heraklion. However the cleaning could have been a bit better as we discovered that our sheets had only been switched but not completely swapped with newly washed ones. Nevertheless, Nancy and Chara Apartments could provide us with everything we needed for our short stay. :)
