6.0Nice place. Had a jungle trail down to the beach. Quaint complex. Nice set up and grounds were beautiful. Property manager was not onsite, but was very quick to answer any questions via whatsapp. A few drawbacks - lack of outlets, water pressure was terrible (but good hot water), very steep driveway (luckily my spouse is a confident driver), no microwave. But the biggest drawback was the noise from the street. The town has really rough roads (lots of potholes), so people ride ATV's and motorcycles, which are very loud. There were also lots of trucks on the road. We stayed in Bungalow #6, which is right next to the street. The traffic started at 5am and lasted all day and into the evening. Not what I expected to hear in Costa Rica. Was very disappointing.

8.0Cool place but was woken up by the rain which sounded like metal grinding because of the type of roof and lack of insulation. Not sure I would stay again but overall was a good experience and would recommend if not bothered by super loud rain.

10.0The bungalows are on the outskirts of Santa Teresa, which was good. Santa Teresa extremely busy, lots of surfers. Beach was beautiful but not really swimmable due to rip current. Not a lot of close by restaurants to chose from
