9.0A warm reception on arrival from Helen and Jeff. Jeff carried my bag up to the 2nd floor room for me. When did I last have that help ?! The room was a single with en suite which was OK for me but might have been a tight squeeze for a large person. TV, plenty of tea, coffee supplied, and a fan which was useful in the current hot weather. Comfy bed. Plenty of choice for breakfast and well presented. Car parking on the road outside. Had a problem with TV reception in the evening which could have been the set or perhaps the atmospherics. Jeff kindly re-tuned the set and afterwards it was much better.

The accomodation was great. The town of Gt Yarmouth was clean.
10.0The location was a reasonable walk away from the centre either through the gardens and boating lake, on the beach or quicker along the pavement. There was lots of choice for breakfast and the cooked english was tasty. The hosts, Helen and Jeff were very pleasant, chatty and helpful. The house and facilities were very clean.
