8.0Beware, no elevator in this hotel!! Stairs are steep and long! This is an old hotel that is in very nice shape, but not really modernized. Not ADA compliant. Room is adequately outfitted and clean. Bed is comfy. Restaurant is adequate. Limited choices in Leadville. Servers were very proficient and friendly.

8.0Property was well decorated. Room was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Having coffee in a flask available through the night outside the room was great! Sink was outside the bathroom in the living space which was inconvenient to use.

10.0We absolutely love the Delaware Hotel. This was our second stay and again, the highlight of our road trip. The staff is great, the quirky historic building is a delight for antique and history lovers and the location is fantastic. The hotel’s restoration is beautiful and the touches in each room make it a much more special stay than you can find at a typical hotel. There is no AC, but we were comfortable with a fan in the window. The bar and restaurant are top notch and deserve their own 5-star review. We will be back each time we pass through the area.
