10.0Сам отель очень понравился: красивый, уютный и с приятной атмосферой. Анимация была интересной и веселой, скучать не приходилось. Питание хорошее, всегда был выбор блюд, каждый мог найти что-то по своему вкусу. В целом отель оставил хорошее впечатление, если бы не качество уборки номеров.
− Уборка номера очень разочаровала. За 7 дней номер убрали всего два раза, и то во второй раз только вынесли мусор. Чаевые забирали регулярно, но полноценной уборки так и не было. Очень неприятно, ожидали гораздо лучшего сервиса.

− Nourriture pas bonne Peu de Nourriture si on ne vient pas a l'ouverture Soirée pas terrible et pas de place pour regarder sauf si on vient 2h a l'avance.... Il n'y a même pas de ayran alors que l'alcool coule a flot... Trop de cigarette partout ! On ne peu pas manger en extérieur ou etre tranquille sur un transat sans avoir des cigarettes partout autour de nous , les gens ne font même pas attentions aux enfants avec la cigarette !!! Pas de place de parking malgré le fait de choisir un hôtel spécialement avec parking pour etre tranquille. Personnel désagréable pas de sourire, de bonjour malgré que mon mari soit turc. Je ne recommande pas cet hotel.

10.0Отдыхали семьёй 27.06-07.07.26. Все было просто отлично. Всем очень понравилось. Доброжелательный персонал, сразу получали ответы на все вопросы. Отель чистый, территория красивая. Анимации каждый день. Отдельные спасибо аниматору Маше 😉. Еда на любой вкус, на пляже так же можно было поесть гамбургеры и лепешки, так же есть бар на пляже. С удовольствием приедем ещё раз. Спасибо вам за гостеприимство 🥰

− Администратор заселила нас в номера где напротив начиналось стройка с 8-9 утра и длилась весь день. Очень весело получилось
