8.0一樓室外有一張摺疊桌，聊天很方便。騎樓空間可以停機車或自行車，對於騎車旅行的朋友相當友善。 我住的房間浴室是陽台改建，並不是真正的浴室，空間較小，淋浴的時候要站在馬桶前，不太方便。

10.0整體上是好的～老闆人也超好 但唯一缺點就是洗手台沒有熱水 也沒有冰箱 但不介意的人 可以來住喔！很乾淨

4.0房東充分的利用建物空間使得房數極大化 若能符合安檢自然沒話說; 不過（或許不是房東可控制）對房實在是太吵了
