Mooi hotel, maar met een beetje meer aandacht en service zou het echt een goed hotel zijn.
6.0Het hotel is mooi van binnen en de combinatie van zwembad met eigen stukje strand is een fijne.
− Helaas was de kamer die we hadden geboekt niet beschikbaar en dit werd niet goed opgelost. Later gelukkig wel een mooi gebaar door Booking gedaan ter compensatie. Verder was het personeel soms ongeïnteresseerd en onvriendelijk.

9.0I absolutely loved my stay at Bougainville Bay Hotel. The sea was crystal clear, and the beach towels were always clean and available. The staff were exceptionally attentive, friendly, and always happy to help. I also fell in love with the hotel’s unique art style. The paintings throughout the hotel are beautiful, and the interior design is elegant and unlike any other hotel I’ve stayed in. My favourite place was the rooftop terrace – the sunset views were simply breathtaking. I really enjoyed the relaxing spa massage, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of delicious food. I also truly appreciated the flexibility of the hotel. I was able to check in earlier than expected, and although I checked out of my room in the morning, I was welcome to continue using all the hotel’s facilities until my departure. This made my last day so much more enjoyable.
− There were only two small things. First, there was no hair conditioner in my room. The bottle was there, but unfortunately it was empty. Secondly, I was a little confused about the rooftop terrace. When I arrived, I was told it was only for VIP guests or that there was a €20 entrance fee. However, after I ordered a cocktail, I wasn’t charged the fee, so I wasn’t sure how the VIP access works. Even so, I really appreciated the staff’s kindness. As there were no regular tables available, they prepared a bar table especially for me in the best location with an amazing sunset view. This thoughtful gesture made my evening truly memorable.

− Priserne på hotellet var skruet helt op. Det var alt for dyrt at købe en drink i baren (dobbelt så dyrt som i resten af byen) og derfor havde folk selv drikkevarer med til poolen
