10.0Wonderful staff and excellent service! 10/10 There was an issue with my Expedia booking that wasn’t really anyone’s fault, just one of those things that happen. What stood out was how the staff handled it. They didn’t make excuses or push blame..they stepped in and helped me get things sorted. Management made sure I was taken care of, and that meant a lot. You can tell they actually care about guests, not just the business.
