2.0My stay at Ramada Hotel Guyana was deeply disappointing and far below expected standards. Upon arrival, the room was in an unhygienic and neglected condition. There was a dead cockroach on the floor, the air conditioning unit leaked water continuously, and the bathroom was poorly maintained — the toilet had visible stains, and water leaked from the shower area, which eventually flooded the room and closet space. In addition, the mirrors were stained, and overall cleanliness was severely lacking. When these issues were reported, the staff was dismissive, unprofessional, and unhelpful, showing little regard for guest comfort or hotel standards. For a hotel operating under the Ramada brand, this experience was unacceptable. The property requires immediate attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and staff training to meet even basic hospitality expectations.
