− 階段がかなり多い。

2.0− 値段の割に部屋がしょぼい 施設内不便
危険⚠️､必ず事故が起きる
3.0下呂温泉の中心に近かったと言う事だけ
− 全てダメ 施設は不潔､老朽化が問題ではなく。 剥がれた壁もそのまま､ゴミは蓄積。 床がたわんで、落ちそうなところが数多ある。 エレベーターの老朽化が目立つ。収容人数に対して エレベーターに乗れるのが数人では､あり得ない。 近いうち事故が起きると話してた。 急な階段の異常なくらいの多さ､お年寄りが皆､途方に暮れていた。 食事内容も､人生過去最悪。 駐車場🅿️は遠くて、誘導員は誘導が出来なく 狭い温泉街を暴走に近い運転で､事故起きるのが 必須だと感じた。 不快より、あらゆる点で､今に事故が起きると 感じる。 Booking.comさんで紹介される施設ではない。 関わると､会社の名誉に傷がつく。 顧客は減ると思います。

− 部屋のトイレの鍵が壊れていた。古くても基本の設備は整備しておいてほしい。 夜中に音は小さいが、耳障りな重低音にて、朝まで眠れなかった。

− 2階のお風呂は脱衣場から湯ぶねまで階段が多くて年配の方は、滑りそうで怖いと言ってました！私もびっくり出初めての体験でした！
